WOW - Although I only dealt with this realty for one year I was shockingly surprised at Kate croziers lack of ethics and professionalism, after reading other reviews I see I'm surprisingly not the only one who has had to deal with her dishonesty. Her service and the amount of time she takes to get on top of things is also disgraceful. I urge all property owners to think carefully before entrusting her with any personal information, sales or property responsibilities. Personally I hope the police open an investigation into her dealings, I don't believe anyone should be allowed to get away with what she has. I also don't believe I'm the only one this has happened to.

We moved to Prince Realty to manage our property from Little Real Estate early last year. They have a very competitive rate, Kate and her team have been very responsive. During a dispute with a difficult tenant, which is when you will really get to know the mettle of an agency, Kate personally attend the property on numerous occasions to resolve the isses at hand. Being a property manager can be an emotionally charged and stressful job as you are dealing with peoples livelihoods. I would not be without them and highly recommend Prince Realty. They are not sitting back and becoming complacent with their success, have a culture of engagement and professionalism. I have no idea why there is a one star review here, there must be more to the story. We took a chance with this smaller name and highly recommend their services.

Worst experience in rental history, We rented a property from Kate who was in charge, the unprofessionalism of this agent was truly astounding, throughout our whole entire 2 year lease there was never once - any inspections - No entry or exit reports were given (we documented everything ourselves) - dishonest communication with traders who fixed plumbing and faulty electrical sockets, -never call you back when there's anything urgent that needs fixing, - consistently lies which we have proof of in TXT messages and emails AVOID AT ALL COSTS They are the first agents we had problems with even though our rent was paid perfectly on time and never late once during the whole of our stay. BEWARE dealing with Kate she is one of the most dishonest vindictive agents I have ever come across

Kate was lovely and well presented when I went to view a property. She was welcoming and gave great advice on finding the right home for me, she really went above and beyond to help. I love my new home thank you so much Kate!

The worst real estate agency I have ever dealt with The manager (Kate) lacks fundamental knowledge about the profession. She consistently lies about even the insignificant things. For any property owner who has their lots managed through that agency, please be weary. I realised quickly that most lot owners were foreigners, so I doubt they know just how quckily the properties are falling to disrepair. For those who are tenants or prospective tenenats, please ensure that entry and exit reports are filled (download from rta website) and always a breach notice (download at website also) to the agency if they fail to maintain the premises.
