I placed a request for an inspection time on a property. It took 2 days, 3 emails and 3 phone calls, to get even an acknowledgement from them.   Once I had organised the inspection time, Alex was late.  

On inspecting the property, and asking multiple questions, he was unable to answer even the most basic questions asked. 

He even joked about the owners of the property being unhappy that he has not been able to put through a new tenant for the property and him not being able to get back to them in a timely manner. 

Very dodgy.  Go with your gut instincts. Even if the house is amazing, no house is worth the hassle that this real estate presented.

These people are the worst. They are impossible to meet with face to face to sort out an issue with the property.

Maria and her colleagues are extremely rude and appear to like extracting money from vulnerable people.  Look somewhere else for a property manager or rental property.

Their lack of competence is displayed on their 'website' which is out-of-date, poorly made, and inaccurate.

This page says they are in Coopers Plains but elsewhere the address in Acacia Ridge.

I completely agree with the other reviewer, Bart. We are not affiliated.

No matter what, it is not worth renting a property from these people. The property manager, Maria is extremely rude and negligent. I had many issues with my property from the moment I moved in until well after I left. Agent performs very poor entry inspection of the property then slams you with every last thing upon vacate. Even if you noted it in the report. They are very unprofessional, cut corners and hire unreputable tradesmen. 

Save yourself the grief and look for a new place. This appears to be family run. English is not their first language and their understanding of the governing laws and regulations are abysmal.

These are the best property managers I have ever dealt with. They were very professional from the beginning of the tenancy until the end. My bond was refunded in full. I highly recommend this agency.
