I am the neighbor of their rental property. Though I am not their client still I receive a very co-operation if any matter between two houses for e.g. trees trimming etc. They take a full responsibility and resolve the matter in a positive way. I am very thankful to them for their strong support.

Paul sold our home in a timely manner and we couldn't be happier with the results.  He constantly kept in communication and was enthusiastic in all his dealings with us.  I highly recommend Paul to anyone looking to sell their property.

Very professional and friendly at looking after rental property.  I never had a problem being a rental property owner with them for years.  Olive is friendly and down to earth for selling my property, too.  I will recommend them to everyone.

I am so impressed with Mr Paul Guy from First National Runcorn, that, I have to write these comments! After being completely stuffed around by so called experts who promise the world and then give you an Atlas, you know what I mean," go to auction", "we will follow up constantly", "guarantee you the best price" blah blah blah!
Paul sat with us, listened to what we wanted and then explained everything he could do to market the property.
the result he achieved was excellent and he knows the area! cannot recommend him highly enough! From myself and Julie a big THANK YOU.
