Faraz is a good agent. He worked very hard and sold my house the price I wanted. Unfortunately, he was away for three weeks during the early process of the sales of my house. I had a very unpleasant experience with the guy who stood in for Faraz.

Outstanding professionalism and customer service skills!!

What a great bunch of people to do business with selling my house.
I received outstanding service from the managing director Howard and especially Faraz Shams Peyman my Property & Marketing Consultant. 

If you want a professional sales person with great sense of humour and get you the right price for your property, I highly recommend Faraz Shams Peyman to sell your house.  I live in the united Kingdom ,so contact was limited to whatsapp only but Faraz kept me up to date from my flying visit into Brisbane to completion of sale which made the transition of my sale easy as i was not in Brisbane.I met Faraz 3days before i fly back home to the UK.

I was truly amazed my house was only on the market for 5days and a highly successful open house was held on day 6 by Faraz which paid off  in which we had many offers on the table to choose from. after some negotiations by top gun - Faraz who closed off a deal 25k over the asking price, wow i couldn't believe it when he told me!!
7days after my house when on the market the contract was sealed and at our solicitors.
If only I had another property to sell, I would not hesitate to contact the professionals and deal with Faraz Shams Peyman again.

 If you want the best estate agent in Kuraby look no further, I high recommend Top gun - Faraz Shams Peyman as you marketing consultant to get the job done and I am truly great for a great service given to me in selling my house. Well done especially Faraz Shams Peyman and the professionals team!!!!!

Principal Howard Groos has absolutely no manners and tried to blame another Real Estate agent for his rude and disgusting behavior. I DO NOT recommend this agency.
