The worst bunch of agents and property managers in Brisbane. 
Unprofessional, disgusting customer service, no care at all for tenants, they lie and over charge people for things. Half the staff can not speak or understand English. The principal is a joke and his staff are incompetent. NEVER AGAIN WILL I DEAL WITH THIS CIRCUS OF AN AGENCY!!!

Appallingly woeful customer service. Don't answer phones or reply to emails, is this business even legit?

Probably one of the worst property management team and agents I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with.  This used to be Ray White Runcorn, the business owner went bankrupt and skipped the country.  The Australian Federal Police are still after him. 

John White – the new business owner of now renamed Harcourts now runs the place, with some of the legacy staff from Ray White, with a similarly indifferent and poor attitude.  

On another occasional I had to contact John regarding a very noisy tenant in a property he managed. Police had been called over 7 times in less than 1 month, however John was always quick to dismiss my complaint despite pointing out the tenants were in breach of their rental agreement.  John’s response was “it’s not our responsibility, but a civil matter”.  Why bother having tenants sign a rental agreement if you don’t hold them to their obligations? 

I suppose as the business owner he doesn’t care so long as he’s receiving his management commission.  Don’t bother supporting this business. Plenty more agents with better attitudes and quality of service.

Harcourts Sunnybank are not at this address. Find us at Shop 131B, 358 Mains Road, Sunnybank QLD 4109. We are next to Swimart & KMart Auto.

The John White Team are the best! Totally honest and caring and really understand the market and are prepared to go well above the call of a typical real estate agency. If you are thinking of selling I would recommend you give the team at Harcourts Sunnybank a call to see for yourself!
