Great team to rent a property through, fantastic maintenance management program makes for easy repair claims. As a tenant for 2.5 years Kerry Brown and the team always made me feel part of the family. I would rent through Lj Hookers again. Maybe the same unit..

My family and I have been tenants for the last 3 years with LJ Hooker Mt Gravatt.  Having just vacated a property at Mt Gravatt East I would like to take this opportunity to thank the staff, and in particular Property Manager Kerry Brown, for making our experience a stress-free one.  Having been a home owner in the past, I am completely aware that the agent is working on behalf of the owner and they did that job very efficiently and effectively with regular inspections and maintenance when required.  However as tenants I never felt like we were 'second-class' - our input was always taken into consideration, they were always willing to help, and the lines of communication between us were always open.  Having gone through some difficult family situations during our tenancy, Kerry always showed us compassion and understanding and I cannot thank her enough for her kindness during this time.  You truly were wonderful to deal with and I can honestly say our relationship was the best agent-tenant experience I have ever encountered.  Congratulations on a great job!  I would highly recommend your Agency to both owners and tenants and wish you Kerry, and the staff at LJ Hooker Mt Gravatt, all the very best.  Mandy.

Wayne and Kathyrn are selling super stars. We went through the auction process and didn't have a lot of luck on the day, however we sold for more than we expected a week or so after the auction was done and dusted. We got a great result and couldn't have done it without the support and hard work from the LJ Hooker team. They bent over backwards during the whole process and we are very appreciative! Thanks again to Wayne and Kathryn.

I had the most positive experience of renting through LJ Hooker Mt Gravatt. I even was lucky enough to have a delightful Property Manager by the name of Kerry Brown. Kerry provided exceptional customer service and was always warm, friendly and prompt with resolving the rare maintence issues. My move in was seamless as was my move out. I would highly recommend LJ Hooker and Kerry Brown.
