Pretty average experience across the board. Wonderful experience with Zak, their then-leasing consultant, who went above and beyond to show me the property via video call as I was 700+KM away. 
Quite rude & abrupt "service" (if you could call it that) from my property managers Jen & Vanessa, a lot of maintenance was just left until I was injured at the property as a direct cause of; which made for a more difficult than wanted tenancy until the vacate process where I was put onto Catherine, a very reasonable & helpful woman who went above and beyond to make it easier than any other real estate I've come across while trying to juggle a full time job, recently moved house & a crazy active 18 month old.

Jennifer is highly unreasonable to deal with. Very unprofessional. If renting from her, be prepared for difficult dealings

We found Jane Elvin to be very realistic with sale price, and achieved far more than ever expected. Jane put so much time and energy into open homes, always taking time to chat to us before and after. Jane reacted to enquiries & inspections nights & even Sunday's. Jane honest & straight forward approach is a key we believe to her success not to mention her negotiation skills which are second to none. So impressed with every aspect of the sale & especially with Jane, one of the best!

My husband and I have had numerous transactions with Jane over the many years! We always found Jane and her team to be honest, professional and a delight to work with. The outcome of each sale was always realistic and results that we were very happy with!
I would highly recommend Jane as an agent who takes the stress out of selling and makes it a pleasure!

Contracted LJ Hooker Annerley to sell our home.  Jane Elvin advised us to advertise at a price much higher than other agencies in the area, stating we would achieve that price.  After the property remained unsold for a number of months, we were forced to price reduce to what the real value should have been. Market saw we had dropped and began to make far less offers thinking we were desperate to sell. Horrible experience with Jane always late for opens with false promises. We had no option to take the property off the market.  Looking at a number of other LJ Hooker property's for sale in the area, all sitting in similar circumstances. Sellers Beware
