If I could leave a 0 score I would. Absolutely appealing service. No communication skills, no common decency. For good tenants a simple repair/maintenance request is denied, and for a response we have to wait a week. A different real estate came through our property to do an evaluation recently, to which Ray White refused to give correct notice, Luckily the real estate completing the evaluation had effective communication with myself and the owner and also provided correct notice along with entry notice. Would not recommend renting/leasing buying or selling through Ray White Calamvale.

I recently enquired for a property for sale through this agency. There was a lack of communication skills by the agent, the agent was also manipulative and not professional at all. When I tried to speak to the principal about it directly, he also brushed it off. I am a property manager and have worked for the Ray White Group for most of my career and I know this is not how they do business. However you reap what you sew, which is obvious in this case as this agency has been around for a while yet they don't seem to have much market share around the area. I am a first home buyer actively searching for a house, so they've lost my business and I would not recommend their services to anyone in the area.

We have been delighted with the Professional way in which Jas Singh marketed our property resulting in a successful sale that met our expectations. Jas gave us a thorough market appraisal that enabled us to set a realistic price. Throughout the sale process he kept us up to date with regular weekly meetings reporting back on our Open Home results as well as a written report. Part of this report also covered what other properties close by activity had been so that we could take action if necessary  in an active market. 
Jas Singh also kept us in touch by phone and SMS on prospects feedback and progress. Jas negotiated very well with our purchaser to achieve a contract we are happy with and above our expectation. Jas is supported by a great Team at Ray White Calamvale. We would recommend Jas Singh if you want an agent who listens calmly and will go the extra distance to meet his customers requests.
