I can't thank the staff enough at elders springwood for all their help & professionalism with renting out our house. I feel safe knowing our biggest asset is in their hands. Would highly recommend.

Finally purchased my own home yeahhh, just like to thank all the staff at Elders Springwood for taking care of me as a tenant for the last 3 yrs. I would not hesitate to rent through you again but unfortunately I wont be back! Thanks again to all your staff!

Mere words cannot adequately describe the absolute displeasure it has been to interact with those working at Elders Springwood. They have caused me immeasurable mental anguish over the two month ordeal it was to attempt to get our bond back after vacating the premises. If you are reading this review and considering renting or buying through Elders; heed my words and do not. Google reviews tend to be pretty lousy, but the cowards have their facebook rating system disabled for a reason. They will steal your money, lie to your face repeatedly, ignore your emails, demand you pay bills they never sent you and illegally let themselves into your home after being two hours late to a scheduled inspection. They do not care about their tenants. I'm sure in the real world the employees of Elders are normal, well-adjusted human beings, but in the business world they are scum. Nothing would satisfy me more than to see this pathetic excuse of an agency closed down.
