Having dealt with many other property managers over the years, I can't speak too highly of Red Rocket Realty's property managers, especially Lizzie Hicks. I always have confidence that any matters will be followed up promptly. She is dedicated and committed to providing the best of service to property owners and tenants.
I have also had outstanding service from Red Rocket's sales team. I have chosen to go with Red Rocket because of their professionalism and quality of service, over other agents who might have charged lower fees or commission.

Staff are friendly, professional but still caring. They take into consideration any special requirements such as later inspection times due to work schedules. If there are issues they tend to get on top of them straight away and are easy to get in contact with. Every inspection we get given a little bag of goodies for being ready and passing the inspection

I've had Lizzie managing my 3 bedroom rental for nearly 2 years now and can't recommend her highly enough. After using other PM companies that keep changing managers, it's a relief to finally have one person to deal with that you can trust. 

She always lets me know promptly if any issues arise and gives me great advice on how to proceed. I have never had any trouble getting in contact with her and she responds very quickly to any questions I might have, which is one of the most important things for me.

Lizzie has been our property manager for the last 3 or 4 years. We have been very happy with the service she has provided. We live in Sydney and can't get to the property to fix small things so she always looks after those little things. She communicates really well and always answers my emails and returns calls promptly.
