It has been a great experience renting through Little Real Estate. From the beginning it was an easy process and it has been easy and a pleasure to deal with Jessica from the Springwood office. Messages are answered quickly and any repairs and maintenance are actioned by Little RE and the landlord. 
I would recommend their service to anyone.  Thank you for making renting easy.

Little Real Estate have come a long way! The service has been excellent and very prompt. Leading up to Christmas, my oven stopped working on Tuesday night. I thought that we’d never get it fixed in time and would have to wait until the holiday period ceased before someone would even look at it! But my property manager replied to my urgent request from the night before and said she would try to have someone fix it before the holidays. It is now Friday before Xmas and I have a brand new oven on its way! I can’t thank you enough for making this one less worry in a hectic time for all! Also for being an excellent property manager & agency throughout the year. Have a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year 😊

My partner Matt and I have rented through a few real estates and this has by far been the most wonderful team we have come across to deal with. 

Our biggest issues in the past with other real estates has been lack of communication and delay in action with any concerns or maintenance issues we have had. At little real estate we have mainly dealt with felicity, and she has gone above and beyond for us the whole time we’ve been renting through them. Communication has been 10/10 and I don’t feel uncomfortable to express any concerns at all. 

The girls in reception have been lovely and overall so far it’s just been a very happy experience. 

To be completely honest, if we need to move from this place for any reason, we will definitely try to continue and rent through Little real estate in Springwood. 

When something’s good - you stick with it 👍🏻☺️

Very Happy with the service. Quick response and positive solving issues.
Good network over internet and access to information I need. I would like to say thank you very much to the person who is managing my properties Felicity Morgan. She optimized and tuned all settings for management of my whole property portfolio to make my live easier. I am writing my review today as she did the last bit of tuning and I consider it as the appreciation for her hard work she did for me. She communicates with me via email as friend and always try to help.

We have been renting through Little Real Estate for over a year now and we haven’t got anything but nice things to say about them so far. They have been professional and helpful from the start. Our agent (Felicity), is very attentive, respectful and professional. No question or enquiry has gone unanswered and always done in a timely manner. I would recommend them to anyone looking to rent.
