Been with Pacific palms for one year with my partner. To be honest, probably one of the nicest and friendly staff you could hope for in the real estate market. Would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking to rent in the Logan area. We did have a bit of trouble with the plumbing, however the agents at pacific palms were swift to fix the problem, and were always really understanding. Be good to a real estate and they will be good to you. I don’t know why anyone would think badly about how Pacific Palms Real Estate does business, they always made us feel important. 5 Star Service.

Agency has failed to repair electricity sockets hanging out of walls which can not be turned off, exposed to broken water taps that spray water everywhere, security doors not lockable, no key to front security door provided, shower increases in heat continuously until it burns, toilet door knob fell off and not repaired so no privacy on the toilet and if you close the toilet door you become locked in the toilet, balcony door handle hangs out of door, stove top rusting off in rust flakes, oven light and fan not working for ten weeks and they threatened to not renew my lease as I followed up intermittently with requests for maintenance to be attended to. I recommend both property owners and tenants go elsewhere as this agency does not maintain properties and tenants are made to feel intimidated to not seek repairs. This is a true account of my experience.

Pacific Palms Real Estate is always being run down, but what some residence forget, is that they have to contact Owners BEFORE any of repairs done.  THEN..  the Real Estate has to wait for that Owner to approve the requests. (This in some cases may be lengthy.)
Not all Owners will approve requests straight away as they want up to 3 quotes pending on that maintenance request..
I for one think that Pacific Palms Real Estate gives EVERYONE a fair go.

This is the worst ever Real estate  to deal with 
So useless it took them 2 years just bring out my new oven anything you put as a report with them maintenance work to be done in a rented unit they take a very very long time before someone is sent out to fix stuff in fact most times they barely do anything talk about dodgie hopeless  real estate agents.
