Very personable staff. Found tenants quickly and the kept updated on documentation process through email and their portal. Harry was very helpful throughout the process and shared update on offers promptly. overall good experience. Would have been 5 star review if the internal communications work better. Property management asked for same documents supplied to lettings team. Another agent was not aware that current tenant was in.

Great experience with Eva from the Fulham office.  With her high level of experience she very quickly found us the perfect property, fully supporting us from the day we made an offer right through to final completion.  Nothing was too much trouble, she was extremely helpful and always on hand for any questions.  Highly recommend Eva's expertise and knowledge in the property sales market.

Ella from the Fulham office was excellent throughout my property search. She is very knowledgeable about the area, great at responding to queries and at tailoring viewings to what I was looking for. Unfortunately we had a terrible experience with Douglas & Gordon and I would not recommend them to anyone.  We were trying to sell our house with them last year and once our property launched on the market the communication with D&G became scattered.   We received calls from various D&G offices with viewing requests late at night and little to no introduction. The communication and organisation of viewings overall was not organised.  After one day of viewings we returned home some hours later to find the front door unlocked there is a triple security lock and the back door completely unlocked. There were lights on and the blinds were not drawn. You could see straight into our house which was lit up like a Christmas tree.  A few weeks later we noticed a number of expensive and sentimental items missing from our home. I could date when they went missing as it included gifts for my 40th birthday. The only people in our house or had keys other than us had been D&G. Due to the nature of the items that were taken, someone must have looked through our things. They were not left out to be quickly swiped by some opportunist.  We made a complaint and received a pathetic response from the Sales Director with barely an apology. I am not sure they even formally investigated despite me and my family their customers being made to feel violated in our own home and having irreplaceable items worth thousands of pounds stolen when we had trusted them.  I am still incredibly upset and angry about what happened and their response. Avoid like the plague!

The Douglas and Gordan is a best  estate company I have ever dealt with. Very professional, experienced and helpful agents and brokers. Professional and nice people.They care about their client very well,Highly recommend. Especial Thanks for Letting manager Julia Salck , she was more than helpful in finding a good tenant for my flat. She was  honest, upfront, and She was extremely communicative and easy to reach to answer any of our questions at all time. Julia  was extremely helpful, open, transparent, and reliable through the whole process, She really cared about me. Great Thanks to all Douglas and Gordan staff . Julia you are the BEST.
