I have had the please of dealing with Melinda on a number of occasions. She is a delight to deal with and shows the utmost professionalism at all times. We met with several agents before deciding to go with Melinda Lee Ball. From the moment we met Melinda, she blew the other agents out of the water. Melinda presented a clear plan for selling our property and understood the value of the improvements we had made. It was important for us that buyers felt they were purchasing a premium property at a fair price, and we felt Melinda’s calm, competent and knowledgeable communication style could achieve this. The excellent communication did not stop at the first meeting. Melinda runs a very tight ship, and this is obvious from the team approach Belle applies when managing the various aspects of the sale. There was not one aspect of the sale of our property I could fault. From the discussions on pricing, checking on the progress of works, discussing styling and managing dates for photos and marketing. The day our photos were due to be taken there was a huge storm, and we were devastated that our house would not present well. Melinda and her assistant Luisa were able to reorganise the styling and the photographer, and this resulted in our marketing photos looking fantastic. To add to the pressure, we had also organised our first open home for the day we were due to go overseas for two weeks. During this time Melinda kept us informed on buyer statistics, and the results of the viewings and managed to present us with a generous offer with favourable terms, which we were very happy to take. Thank you to Melinda and Luisa and all the Team at Belle for your assistance in selling our home. We always felt like we were in good hands and we cannot recommend you highly enough.

I have dealt with Belle property for the last 12 months as they took over managing my rental property. And I must say they are without a doubt the best out of any realestate I have ever dealt with. Senior Property Manager Elizabeth Bayard is such a professional, as well as Kind and Compassionate and was always present when getting the job done. Well done to your team at Belle!! I would give you 10 stars if I could.

Melinda provided a high level of personalised service and always made us feel like we were her only clients despite her being so in demand. The process was smooth and professional and she went above and beyond to help us from the start to end, including getting the house ready for market by providing contacts for trades and expert advice on what would appeal to buyers. She provided options for marketing and styling and didn’t push for the most expensive option, but obviously tailored her recommendation to what would work best for our property, desired price and speed with which was wanted to sell. Would absolutely use Melinda again for buying and selling.

Melinda is a very helpful and reliable agent with a tonne of knowledge about the purchasing process. She answered all my never-ending questions with patience and honesty. She also referred me to a wonderful building and pest inspector and an amazing mortgage broker when I had issues with finance approval. She is also just a good person, which I think is sometimes hard to come by in the real estate agent sphere. Melinda is so great that my parents have booked in with her to get an appraisal on their property!

Melinda and Luisa went above and beyond to look after us when selling our home. From our first meeting, I just knew we wanted Melinda to look after us. She wasn’t pushy, she was honest and genuine and gave us a clear picture of the current market. Melinda and Luisa helped to style our home and paid attention to all the little details required. Our house went to market right as interest rates began to rise and the market seemed to shift overnight. The girls talked us through every step of the way and still ensured we received the best price and advice. We never felt rushed or pushed, and knew that we were being looked after. We would recommend Belle Property and Melinda’s team to anyone wanting to sell. They get the job done, and do it beautifully.

Belle Property Cornubia was amazing. Melinda, our agent was a star and had our house sold after the first open. She delivered on every promise,  had amazing attention to detail in our staging, and went above and beyond to get us a fantastic sale price. Very unethical. Corrupt Agency. Don’t bother putting in an offer with them, they will play behind the scenes big time and use you. Melinda Lee-Ball congratulated us on our offer being accepted, even giving us a date on when to move in and said there were multiple offers. She didn’t want to get me any contract of sale when I requested, said I had to wait for Monday morning. A cash offer came through and got a call that they are going with the cash offer instead. Only look at Belle Properties if it’s Auction, otherwise prepare yourself to be played with. Disgusting.

As a renter I cannot speak more highly of this team. They have been a breath of fresh of air and so easy to work with. Special thanks to Melinda, Kim, Rebecca and Elizabeth.
