The worst real estate I have dealt with in 10 years.
Unorganised.
Unprofessional.
Lack of record keeping.
Poor Communication.
Cannot follow simple procedures.
Frustrated the RTA.

Could not maintain property at all.
Could not deal with builder for simple warranty repair.

I can not thank the team at Ray White IMS enough with everything they have done for myself and my partner over the past 8 months. Due to recently loosing my job and being unable to pay rent we have had to break our lease, we first thought it would be an extremely scary and intimidating process but we were overwhelmed with the amazing help and sympathy from both Hannah Shaw and Madison Yates. To you both, I hope you do get to read this as I would like to say thank you, thank you from the bottom of my heart. You are two very special people and if only the world had more like you, it would be a much better place!

We recently leased a property through this agency and the whole team that we dealt with made the process easy and uncomplicated from start to finish.  They were incredibly efficient, kept us well informed at every step and were always friendly and helpful. Special shout-out to our property manager Nelson Gomez whom it was a pleasure to meet in person, and again, he made the process of signing entry documents and such a breeze. Really happy to be leasing through this office and would confidently recommend them to anyone seeking a professional and competent agency.

Most unprofessional and hopeless realestate I’ve come across. Countless times trying to get in contact with them and not a single reply to any email that myself or my husband had sent. Not notifying us when an open house was on so I would just get a random text message half an hour before the inspection is due to begin, also scheduling inspections so that I would make sure to make myself scarce and then they wouldn’t show up. But the biggest problem that we have had is regarding to getting our bond back. The house was in terrible condition when we started our rental agreement, they had falsely written that everything was in good and working order which it was not, even when they advertised the house up for rent they used the wrong photos for the house instead they used photos from the house next door which was completely different. We spent a lot of time and money on getting professional cleaners in once vacating the property and yet we still have not got our bond back. Instead they are emailing us about installing new carpets, air con etc and it is to our belief that they are trying to use our bond money to do this. Very unprofessional agency and extremely unhappy with their service, will not hesitate to take things further with them. Will tell everyone I know never to rent off them!

Pretty upset about this But love it at the same time 

1. I have no curtain or frosted glass people in the back can see right in and this holds concerns for me because I have a two year old child I currently have a dark towel hanging over the window which doesn't do much and we are the type of people like most who like our privacy this makes us feel as tho our privacy is being violated by people who like to look and we hold a concern there for our child 

2. security screens & doors I have absolutely no security screens and doors that were suppose to be put in 6months ago having break ins in my street plus a 2year old who can actually reach the door handles and escape especially early hours of the morning I hold rather major concerns for the  safety and welfare of my child 

In saying all that tho I have never come across such a nice team but the communication with their tenants needs to improve dramatically so each party is satisfied the house is absolutely stunning and I'm in love and very thankful for this opportunity to rent threw such a wonderful Realestate but communication needs to be better
