If I could choose -star, I would have given a MINUS 5 star!  PRD doesn't take care of my property!.  Under the management of PRD my tenant did a runner, took away the entrance screen door, punched two holes, one on the door and the other on the side wall,  created holes on the ceiling of each room and the living.  The whole place is dirty and filthy. The agent suggested that I could rent it out again as such! It is HORRIBLE.  My rental investment property has been managed by a few agents for about 27 years.  This is the first time I have seen this.  I will not use this agent again and I suggest potential owners watch out for this agency. Utterly disgusting and dishonest staff, 
I have never had to deal with any real estate as bad as this one. never once a late rental payment, kept the place In immaculate condition, after our move they claimed our ENTIRE bond because apparently there was dust on ONE of the lamp shades on the roof, they said we hadn’t replaced a fresh layer of bark in the garden which was a blatant lie as we did it the day after we moved out! They saw a few ants in the kitchen and wrote down in exit report with the comment ‘YUCK FULL OF ANTS’ not sure why as it was summer and there was always a few small ants no matter how many times I sprayed,  I had scrubbed and wiped every surface and every corner of the house inside and out. (We were only there for 6 months) They said the walls had dust on them ect. And the list goes on. This happened several years ago but I’ll never forget the dishonesty I had to deal with here - AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
The reason they wanted revenge money from me is because the landlord had to claim insurance on all the flooring when it started peeling whilst I lived there, I had a baby that had just started crawling at the time  (it had been partially done by pulling all flooring out) I asked for a reduced rental price only during the period of not having a floor (this was requested AFTER 1 month of living in what looked like a renovation site) they were very upset but offered a discount on 2 weeks but then claimed all my bond dishonestly (the property manager at the time was a relative of the landlord) probably explains why

Want a real estate to be in zero contact not care about the tenants chose PRDnationwide Shailer Park. First time renting and have had the worse experiemce. I feel sorry for the owners of the properties as the property managers do not give a rats about the properties. 

Truely will never rent through PRD again. Vacated the premises and still have not had any communications regarding the bond or the final inspection even though policy is to be done within 3 days. Constantly having to chase up the property managers to do there own job right. Worse real estate.
