Very nice park to walk around in with a fantastic view over the lake and the Telstra tower.

Realistically, most of this park is just that - parkland. However, two features set it apart and make it worth a visit. Firstly is the Japanese garden section, which is nicely done and quite beautiful, if limited in size. Once a year hosts the Nara festival, with all things Japanese, including food, displays, stalls, entertainment and cultural displays. The Japanese garden gets thousands of candles to light up the night. So beautiful!

Beautiful Chinese and Japanese gardens can be found here. Although small, lovely and impressive nonetheless. Lake Burly Griffith adds to the vista

Great spot to visit for a picnic, study Japanese architecture and train martial arts with your friends. Beautifully kept Japanese garden for quiet contemplation.
