What an emotional/sereal place to visit. I have always enjoyed going to the Australian War Memorial, especially as they create new displays and exhibits. I love learning about all the history and particularly love listening to the old war veterans and historians talk about the displays. The last post at the end of the day is also a great experience.. Well worth the visit.

A great place to have conferences and to take a respectful kook at all wars and peace keeping activities Australia has been / is involved in. The building was purpose built after the 2md world war and has had further additions. The building houses constantly rotating displays and is opened each day at 10am by an honour guard.

One of the most detailed and reverent memorials to personal sacrifice. A top class museum as much as it is a wonderful memorial.
