The flag can be seen from add far as across the bridge, as an icon of this place. But there isn't much to see here when you are up close. There's a flag in the middle and a memorial on the side.

It's a nice enough spot, however not in a very accessible location and there isn't much reason to be here besides having a seat among trees. As it is surrounded by road you don't particularly get away from the noise and bustle of the city.
