I insisted that my daughter have her car serviced at Camberwell Toyota because of their reputation as an award-winning dealership. Unfortunately, we were extremely dissatisfied upon collection of the vehicle.nOver $1,000 was spent on the service, yet the exterior of the car was returned dirty and there was a noticeable liquid stain on the right-side headlight and bumper. When this was raised, the service staff member claimed the stain was already present when the car was delivered. I strongly disagreed and explained that my daughter had taken photos of the car in the Toyota car park on the day it was dropped off. The staff member stated that they also had photos.nRather than resolving the issue by reviewing their images, I was told to take the car, inspect our photos, and get back to them. After doing so, it was clear that the stain was not present in our photos.nI was upset by this experience and feel that I was gaslighted. I also feel foolish for having promoted Camberwell Toyota to my daughter based on their reputation. I certainly will not be recommending Camberwell Toyota to anyone. The photos I provided were taken on the day the vehicle was brought to the Camberwell service department and clearly show that there were no stains present. If you are claiming otherwise, please provide your own photos showing these alleged stains, along with the Toyota driveway video footage from the day in question and No! Service guy did not say nor offer free car wash at later date. I’m sure your cameras have ability to record sound as well
I recently purchased my Toyota LC79 through Andy Gao at Toyota Camberwell, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, Andy was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. He made the entire process smooth and stress-free, taking the time to answer all my questions and ensuring I got exactly what I was looking for.nnIf you’re looking for someone who truly cares about customer service and goes the extra mile, I highly recommend Andy.
