Went in for a regular service when the team found a missing turbo bolt on my 300 series. We were advised the car was grounded until the bolt was found and replaced. As a full time travelling family we heavily rely on our car. Jordan and his team were absolute legends to get us back on the road within two days. A big call out to Jordan at the Camberwell dealership who is their 4wd specialist. We purchased a Toyota Fortuner in 2021 and Jordan's advice on various things has been invaluable. Recently, we made a warranty claim and Jordan and the technical manager couldn't have been more helpful and supportive.
