ULR Land Rover

I can honestly say that my experience of buying the new Velar at ULR was as wonderful as the car itself. It’s not often customer service is exceeded and it has only just enhanced my whole purchasing experience which I now tell all of my friends and colleagues about. The personal service we experienced by Jamie Hooker was a surprise, he went over and above, coming to our home to do a quote on a trade in, helping us through the purchase decision in such a helpful way, he felt more like a friend than a salesman, and that is unique! Post purchase he has made himself fully available to assist so I feel like the entire experience has been very unique and genuine, a rare experience. My husband and I are delighted with the car but the feel good feeling of the exceptional service will last much longer. 10/10 ULR and Jamie, thankyou- seriously impressed!! Julie and Stefano

I'd faced a mechanical problem with my Range Rover Evoque, upon contacting the Service Department, I was met with the highest level of professionalism by a service adviser named Rachel. Rachel ensured that I had a loan car while my car was being repaired and kept me informed during the process. She managed the process from beginning to end on a professional level ensuring I wasn't left in the dark. The manner in which she, and the team at ULR assisted me in resolving the issue was a representation of the service a prestige brand like Land Rover should represent. Thank you Rachel and team for a great customer service experience.

I certainly didn't receive a follow up! It's all lip service all the way! Since the new owners have taken over this dealership has fallen apart! I suggest people consider their options for service! What and absolute disgrace Malvern ulr! Very disappointing service from a business that offers courtesy bikes! They should be selling bikes not $200,000 motor cars! I presented to service department with my Range Rover Sport with my daughter after being pulled over by the police on Malvern Rd that a head light was out I went straight to the dealership and was in formed they where too busy to change a globe and the service manger was too busy to leave his office! I asked who the name of the service manger but that was not forthcoming like the globe! Kevin in service is a goose the others in the service team tried but let down by a weak leader!

Terrible experience. Car is a lemon ( RR Sport) and told it was fixed at least 3 times but still problem. Stops in middle of traffic. Unsafe car. ULR/Jaguar deny there is prob and take no responsibility. One of worst companies I’ve dealt with

worst service ever. i got my almost new car serviced from here. but fter a week it started giving me troubles. called the store. "OBVIOUSLY" the rep was too busy with the other customer. and the manager was also on the other call which didnt surprise me. the receptionist was too busy to help me as i could hear her sigh. the comes this rude lady on the phone when i had to hang up. only 2 weeks ago i spoke to one of their sales rep regarding buying a new range rover sport. but not now. i will not give my business to a someone who doesnt value their customers and leave them stranded for 3 days to get their car fixed. I would NOT recommend this place.
