Poor Customer Experience ! Engaged with Subaru over 6 months ago on a faulty radio in a Subaru Tribeca. I was told is the issue pertained to a transmitter, which would be ordered and within a month, the part would be ready to be fitted for approx $200. Months went by, numerous phone calls were made early January, apparently they were opened but for some reason i was on hold for over 15 mins each call, so I gave up. I then received a phone call some weeks later from a staff member advising the part was ready to be fitted. I shuffled things around, my pregnant wife took our car into the service center with two little children, and had to kill a few hours in the neighborhood whilst they worked on the car. A few hours later I was phoned by the center and advised that it was not a transmitter issue! They couldn't tell me what the root cause was but suspected the whole entertainment unit would need to be pulled out. I was told that if I wanted to proceed with the fix, I would be without a car for approx 4 - 6 weeks, and out of pocket some $2,500 +. I then requested a written quote from the service center which again I was promised it would arrive within the week, that was close to 3 months ago and I've heard absolutely nothing. SUBARU - Your efforts in reducing customer effort is appalling, this outcome is against your customer experience values, not only can't you organise a simple transaction and diagnostic, your customer experience is somewhat D grade, not to mention the excessive markup you've attempted to charge for a faulty antenna and the waste of time you have caused to our family ! I think I'll be taking our services somewhere else, somewhere where they appreciate the little things! ******Updated Post****** you'll see Subaru's response which is the same as the others advising Chris the manger has tried calling.....absolute lies! No one has called - absolutely pathetic Subaru!!!

Fantastic service from the Subaru Camberwell team. Staff have been very attentive to my concerns and are very polite. Very happy with the services carried out on my Subaru.
