Purchased a VW T-cross here. Love the car and love the service! I felt well supported and well informed by the friendly staff. A special thanks to salesman Scott and manager Raymond, they made the whole process very easy and pleasant. Definitely would recommend it to friends and family!

I picked up my new car last week from Bayford VW Camberwell. We chose a car on the floor to avoid long delivery delays. It was a relatively easy "buying journey". Franco, our sales manager, was great - not too pushy but not to stand-offish; a good mix for a salesperson in my view. He had good knowledge of the vehicle and was always quickly accessible, even after we had paid a deposit on the vehicle. We also purchased the fixed servicing, so hopefully the good service continues. Many thanks to Franco and Steven from the Financing Team. I would recommend Bayford Camberwell and Franco.

Raymond and Scott were very helpful and attentive with the purchase of our car. They made a lot of contact with us, keeping us up to date every step of the way anticipating the arrival of our new car from overseas. Scott went through a lot of the features with me on pick up of the vehile especially since I have never used a lot of these features before. He was very patient. Wonderful service. I bought a 2022 Tiguan Allspace at Bayford Volkswagen Camberwell store last week. The whole purchase experience was absolutely pleasant and wonderful. I would like to give a big thanks to their staff Scott, Raymond and Steven. They are all very friendly and professional. Scott Turner was my direct salesperson. He assisted me along the whole purchase process. He was attentive, smart, helpful and professional which has made the whole purchase smooth and pleasant. I would highly recommend Scott and Bayford store to my friends and relatives.

Purchased new Golf from Camberwell, always serviced there. When out of warranty period, took car in for annual service. Got a call claiming repairs and replacement parts required at a cost of $2100,00. Pressured to have them done whilst car was there. I was suspicious, So declined. Took the car to another main dealership. NONE of the items/faults Camberwell VW claimed required replacement needed to be replaced. A full service interval forward, none of the items/faults still have not shown up to require replacement at the other honest main dealership Unhelpful/aloof service reception staff and a clear attempt to rip the customer off. Would not recommend or use again.

Raymond has been good to deal with. The service department however is a complete and utter disgrace. I bought a VW certified 2017 Golf from here, only to find out a few days later that one wheel only had 2 lug nuts on it, one of which was loose. The wiper blade was also torn. They have since rectified it. I even had to REQUEST for compensation, and was VERBALLY still waiting on a written confirmation offered one free service, which in my opinion is just extremely pathetic considering that my family and I could have been seriously injured or died. I believe more compensation can and should be made! Edit: No, Raymond has been in contact with me as mentioned above, but not Matt Service Manager. He has not been in contact whatsoever. I will be putting in a formal complaint with the relevant authorities if a satisfactory resolution can’t be met by end of 2022

Awesome experience purchasing our T-Roc from Scott - he was very friendly to deal with and also quite knowledgeable about the car. He was always available to answer any questions we had about the process, and we'll be coming back to him for future purchases.

Fantastic VW dealership. Dealt with James sales who was knowledgeable, not pushy and excellent in communication especially as the delivery of my car was affected by COVID-19 related delays. Additionally, dealt with Matt service who was very helpful with the service and had everything done in a very efficient manner. This is a dealership that treats its customers well - and not just after the initial purchase.

My partner and I recently purchased a Tiguan 132 Life 2.9L and we have to say that the experience was excellent.
