Went in to have my car service and to fix a coolant leak. Paid $995 ($275 for the service and $720 for fixing the leak). The day after picking it up, found the leak still not fixed. Bring the car back and a day later mechanic want to charge another $400+ to fix.

Try to reason with the mechanic over the phone and he hanged up on me. Went back to reason with the mechanic, he was rude and just walked away. Mechanic refuse to refund or honour the guarantee. Out of pocket and still have a leaking car. Have the receipt and invoice to prove and leaking car photo to prove.

UPDATE: After a few months, the mechanics and I have come to an agreement that Camberwell Service Centre will honour the labour and I to pay to the additional parts. I am quite relieved and satisfy that this issue has now been resolved.

Friendly & honest! 
Took my car in for a service and wanted price quotes for a few other little things - Very happy with my service & found the prices for the other jobs very reasonable. 
As a woman it can be VERY hard to find a decent mechanic!
I will definitely be using Camberwell Service Centre again - Highly recommended!
