Can anyone tell me if the engine oil is not overfilled?nThis place can be moody, I had a good experience at the shop before, fixing a puncture.nnThe engine service light came up during a road trip, 3 days after the car was serviced. The shop was kindly enough to squeeze me in and did the checkup for me straightaway. Many error codes were found and subsequently reset by the shop without charge.nI told the customer manager that the dipstick showed engine oil was overfilled this morning when the car was cold. He checked it with me in the shop and it was right on the max level mark and I checked it myself again with him, took the photo, it was clearly higher than the max level.nHe told me the oil level varies at different points, I asked him to drain some oil and he refused and asked his technician to drive the car out. I asked his name, he refused to provide, never seen a customer manager refusing to give the name.nnAccording to google, engine oil overfill could lead to many serious damages.nnHas the overfill already caused damages hence many error codes after my 300km drive?
Had a fantastic experience here. I was assisted by Nick, I found him to be extremely knowledgeable, helpful and honest. Unlike so many other places I trusted that I was not ripped off. Definitely will be a returning customer!
Wonderful service - took my elderly mother’s flat tyre in for replacement and the team were quick to review, offering several options at very reasonable prices. Service was quick and efficient. We’ll be back!

Great and friendly to deal with and nothing is a hassle. I though the previous manager under Kmart ownership was great but Nick and his crew have taken it to the next level since becoming MyCar. Always want to give these guys my business. Highly recommend.
