Discussed a job with them & then booked it in, gave them oem parts and diagrams for the job, was then called and told they didn’t have time to do it after I dropped the car off. And then hung up on? Very rude mechanic granted they are probably good at fixing Camrys and magnas & not much else. Left me a little confused & disappointed. Put simply they rudely & unapologetically wasted a lot my time.
Amazing service, went well and truly above and beyond. Due to changing circumstances, even came and picked up my car to undertake Roadworthy Certificate. Always answer the phone, always polite and always helpful. It really is that "good old fashioned" service which remains fashionable locally. Special thanks to Arch and Jim. Terrific service, well done.
I have been a very satisfied Fina customer for more than 25 years. I can not speak too highly of Arch and Jim and have recommneded them to others who have been equally impressed. Excellent work at a fair price.
Have had to have my car repaired here a few times now. Each time the service from here has been outstanding. I've felt looked after everytime Ive been there, and have always been fair and honest. Despite the busy times I have had to have repairs done, they have been Swift and effective despite the massive work loads they usually have. I cannot recommend this mechanic enough, I would give them more stars if it was possible. If you want you and your car looked after, come here.
The most honest trustworthy mechanics & so caring men I have ever met. They invite you in their workshop like it's yours. The office ,the kitchen top class. The coffee is great too. I have recommended the brothers Jim & Artha to everyone. I wish them continued success . Above all health happiness & long life to them & their families. PS They are now life long friends. Thank you. I'm a 20 year customer or thereabouts. Apart from being good blokes their competence is unsurpassed - probably kept my cars running for many more years than otherwise expected, especially the old van workhorse. Thanks guys!
Brother's Arch & Jim have been operating in camberwell for years. The best thing is they know how to fix and service every kind of car. They are honest reliable and nothings too much trouble. The place doesn't look great but it is irrelevant to the customer service you get and the result you achieve.
One of the best and most honest mechanics you could find.
