Great sales experience with one of the consultants Bill at Silver Star Motors. Bill showed his professionalism and patience to help me to learn a lot more than just product spec. My experience with Silver Star Motors Burwood was excellent. I happened to pop into the dealership on New Years' Eve and whilst most people would be looking forward to the night's celebrations, our sales consultant Bill showed no impatience. In fact, Bill made sure everything was explained in detail, he was considerate and patient throughout the buying process. He made sure to keep me informed during the time frame it took before delivery of my car today. Well done and keep up and the good work!

What a excellent team!! Purchase my first ever Mercedes from them and i would say, the service was excellent. (shifting over from a BMW fan). Darcy and Wayne who was looking after us from the start to the end were excellent and got us all the deals which we wanted. Was definitely a great experience and will be coming back for next Mercedes ! Well done Guys!

Bought a second hand vehicle there. Overall experience was excellent. Bill was more than happy to help me to choose a car that suits my budget and growing family need. He explained the pros and cons of every vehicle with patience. Wasn't expecting that from a luxury car salesman. Wayne also did a great job on my tailor made finance plan. Explained advantages of the in house finance plan and saved us thousands! I would definitely recommend Silver Star Burwood to anyone.
