Very disappointing.  Ordered battered prawns. 5 prawns which were nice. Salad looked dumped on plate. Not fresh, some wilted. Chips very thin and undercooked.  Tasted like oil they were cooked in.  Also ordered 200g steak, which was cooked to order but again chips and salad are a basic, but very poor.  No ambience.  Won't be back.

Best Fresh Baramudi fish I had in a long time

As we live around the corner walking distance, this Club is one of our favourites. No booking necessary during the week and very good pub food well priced. Friendly staff as well. Highly recommended.

I had the yellow Thai curry, it was spicy but absolutely delicious. My daughter had the roast chicken, she said the pumpkin was awesome and the meal was yummy. Best value for money, lovely staff.

Went to Burleigh Sports Club to celebrate my husband's birthday. After ordering two meals, one from the main menu and the other from the chef's board, we were rudely told that we could not use the birthday special two-for-one meal deal. However, she relented. When my food arrived, I could not believe it—two tiny pieces of fish with vegetables. Needless to say, we left within the hour, hungry and frustrated, and extremely disappointed. Will never return.
