Restaurant service terrible for large groups. Our meals took over an hour. We were told to provide our names when we ordered which was a waste of time as Staff didn't look to use them when meals came out. Furthermore, our kids were left waiting for small meals like nuggets and chips watching Adult meals come out ahead of theirs.nnThe bar had 5 staff serving... the restaurant had one woman taking orders who was extremely slow. They have two tills... the queues were long... Management walked past not thinking to make any changes to get through the orders quicker.nnTerrible.
Fantastic Saturday Night Experience!nVisited Burleigh Bears Leagues Club last night and had a great time. It was packed as you'd expect on a Saturday, but the staff were on top of everything — friendly, efficient, and welcoming. I ordered the beer battered barramundi and it was absolutely delicious — crispy, fresh, and a great portion size. The whole experience, from service to food, was amazing. Highly recommend for a relaxed night out with great vibes and even better food. Will definitely be back!
Been to the club the past 2 Saturday mornings the club itself is fine very nice and well presented, The issue l have is the gaming attendant who has been working the past two Saturday mornings who needs to be more respectful to patrons . This particular attendant has the customer service skills of a wet rag, needs improving.
My first impressions were good.nnI joined a large group of friends for lunch. There were twenty five of us!nnThe service was friendly and incredibly efficient for such a big order.nnThe quality of the meals was a reasonable standard, keeping in mind that the venue was packed with patrons.nnThe value for money - superb.nnI took out a club membership as I plan to visit the establishment again.
