Our visit was lunch for myself and my wife along with friends. Three of us had the barramundi and prawns, the other person in the group had slow cooked beef cheeks. We have been to many restaurants both locally and overseas including 5 star hotels. The meals we had would not have been out of place in any of these. Please pass on congratulations to the restaurant crew.

Three very long-term members tried the restaurant yet again last Thursday. We booked a table and were seated on time. The restaurant was crowded and that was pleasing. We waited in the ordering queue for twenty minutes to place our order, but considering how many people were there, that didn't seem too unreasonable. We then waited for one hour and ten minutes for our food to be served and that was unreasonable. All up, an hour and a half to order and be served our meals. The Club knew the restaurant would be busy, so why can't the Club get it right? Our food was excellent, yet I suppose anything would have tasted good after waiting so long. The wait staff members were delightful, the venue is delightful, but the Club just needs to get professional management. So that readers of this review can be assured this critique is genuine, my name is Stan Shneider and my membership number is 6277.

Had a booking at another restaurant that decided to close after lunch but not tell dinner bookings! Our alternative was Burleigh Bears Leagues for my sister’s 59th birthday dinner. And it was so much the better option - good quality food, great prices, friendly efficient service and such a pleasant dinner atmosphere for half the price of the other restaurant. We so enjoyed our night. Thank you to all the staff for being delightful and dinner was great too!!

Love dining at BURLEIGH BEARS, very affordable, wide choice of menu and great combinations of tastes.  Seniors and members pricing available, and heaps of parking.  Pizza area, and nice cake area, but for me, the staff are always on the ball, and friendly.
