BurgerFuel: The ultimate experience in gourmet burgers, incorporating delicious, fresh natural ingredients in an atmosphere as charged as our food.
Because we believe that life is too short to eat bad burgers, we cook’ em and prepare’ em while you wait, to bring you a healthy, built fresh alternative in gourmet fast food.
We’re continually looking for the freshest, most wholesome ingredients, free from artificial colours, flavours, preservatives, additives and GE modifications. That’s why we use 100% pure grass fed beef and hormone free chicken. We also offer gluten free, vegetarian, vegan and halal options on our menu, as well as specials using different and unusual ingredients to provide variety and adventure to the world’s burger connoisseurs. It’s the BurgerFuel way.
While it’s mostly about the burgers, we’re into some other stuff too. Like saving the planet. That’s why we run an ongoing ‘enviro-mental’ and sustainability campaign - a lot of tree hugging has gone in to the design of our chip cups, doofers and burger bags.

The team here are awesome. The best service around always friendly and giving out free smiles. Damn best burgers, fries too. I do vegan/veg from time to time but do still eat beef/chicken etc and am never disappointed at either end which isn't something most places can boast about let alone a burger chain.
I had great service here last night - so good that I thought I’d leave a review. I wish I had asked the girls name at the counter because she was fantastic. It was around 6pm on 1/10/22 if that helps. I hope the owners are good to the staff here, the server was a real asset to the store. Also food was good as expected.
Disgusted. Usually love this place, the food is awesome, but I had such a horrible experience the other day with our server. I think his name was morgan? Seemed incredibly cocky and when I was ordering he said “are you sure you don’t want a triple burger to match all that food?”. Obviously I was very offended and hurt that a establishment I so enjoyed had hired someone this awful.
Guys, we desperately love to support local and as a general rule love Burger Fuel. But every time for the past SIX orders, our order has been delayed, at times up to 45mins. Something has to give if you want to keep customers happy. It’s around the community… please, please!
Staff friendly/cheerful and place is always clean. This branch gets very busy, so allow 5-10 extra minutes for your online orders to be ready after their allocated pick up time. The staff does seem to miss the customisation step a lot. My selected "no tomato" ends up staying in the burger about 40% of the time. Check your burger if you are customising due to having allergies.
Not all BF shops are created equal. Silverdale is the place to be for a BurgerFuel! The food looked like it had come straight from a photo shoot - a very rare occasion in the fast food world. Once again the service was awesome too
Been here a couple of times. Never fails. With delicious burgers and great service. Never had delays even when we have a large order.Food: 5/5
Two Burgers and Battered Fries. The fries were cold and soggy. Couldn't eat those. The burgers were not up to scratch and again cold. Had to put most of the food in the garbage. Won't be coming back as this is the second time this has happened. Not cheap food. $37.30 for nothing. Food was not sitting waiting for us to pick up.
Wait was very long as it seemed they were under staffed. Good Friendly staff but the fries I got were dry little end bits which seems to be what i get at burgerfuel now. Burger was good.
These burgers are so good. Gorgeous fresh ingredients, juicy patties, awesome chips... My fave take away by a long shotFood: 5/5
