If you’re having a party for your kid and want everyone to go hungry - definitely order from these guys well in advance. And when you call to see where your order is, they will assure you it’s 5 mins away. Spoiler alert - it’s not! I’m fact, there’s a good chance it wont arrive at all.
Warning Always check your pizzas before leaving the store!Ordered 5 Hawaiian pizzas to get them home to find that they were made with a very smoky bacon instead of ham!Then I saw the girl go to the fridge to get more ham while mine were in the oven. Sorry not what I ordered .Can't wait for the Orewa store to open! Update Went back and young girl didn't want to address issue that they used bacon.Wasted my time.
i ordered a garlic and cheese which tastes nothing like garlic and the cheese isn’t cooked and it has been cut in one big slice that goes from one side to another then 7 more little pieces like a puzzle ‍ i won’t be eating it. it’s also burnt so i’m not sure why it’s not cooked in the middle but i just want to know who cuts the pizza ?
10/10 lovely service. Uber eats app wasn’t working, ordered over the phone the worker was so kind and understanding even when they were closing delivery was quick and they even gave us 2 chocolate mousse’s and left a very kind note on our churros box :
Ordered pizza for our group last night and was by far the best Dominos we’ve ever had! Plenty of sauce, lots of toppings, nice and warm and delivered on time too! Great work from your staff and delivery driver. ‍
Honestly 1 star rating doesn't cut it should be negative 1. Customer service is so poor the girls that monitor the front of house are constantly rolling there eyes at customers while handing out people's orders with no respect staff need to be reviewed . The up keep of the premises is so disgusting potential health Hazzard I was watching while pizzas were getting made no gloves while the staff were touching there face other dirty benches and equipment lying around in the store then handling pizzas , pizzas are disgusting poor food handling and presentation and up keep of ingredients pizzas are gross. Needs to be reported under the health act.
Honestly. What a joke. Almost every order made by me or someone in our house hold has been incorrect or something missing from our order or it has taken much longer than it should of. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!
Just rang for delivery.. put my order in had to repeat myself as the worker had to check if they had what i ordered several times.. .. then after all that he tells me they dont deliver to my area Brian Crescent.. which i have had before.. absolutely frustrating.. along with service on phone.. so whangaparoa now has our orders
Paid $3 for the fast delivery. Delivery was late... No voucher or response to my query. One of the pizzas was cooked to a biscuit
Ordered the "vegan godfather", got home and found it had pepperoni all over it and no plant based beef. Cant eat it. $18 down the drain. It was a pretty straight forward order. Poor service in store also. Avoid this place....
