I moved to bupa from medibank private and had lot of issues to claim hospital bills for which i was eligible bfore switching over to bupa. Now i moved back to medibank and i am happy

I went there to renew my health cover for 1 year. At their fault they charged a less amount ($600) Then they charged me double when they found out the mistake. I had to pay $250 extra to what I had to pay normally. For I year - $1200 but I paid $1450. I paid for there mistake. Hate this place. No responsibility is taken by the authorities. Do not ever go there.
