Biggest waste of time. Go elsewhere. It was nothing but stressful. Always had to follow up on process. Everytime we did it was another piece of the application that we needed to fill out which shouldve been filled out before the application was lodged. Waited for 4 weeks to get a pre-approval. Couldnt wait any longer. Sent and email to the manager to get an update. Heard nothing. Withdrew from their services that day. Got a pre-approval elsewhere 3 days later. Save yourself some stress and go somewhere professional.
