Unorganized, unhelpful and unpleasant! This organization needs to improve drastically in order to actually provide assistance to its clients. I spent hours buried in paperwork instead of learning practical skills to gain work. This organization must get better resources and staff who are actually motivated in assisting people to find long lasting careers!
Awful people skills , the receptionist was great but other than her the staff are awfull and had no idea what “to your descretion” means following there scrips and rules to the letter ,but only when it suits them and adds the least amount of work to them
Really bad staff are not there to help you at all there just there to get paid they don't care and they don't help they make you sign paper work saying you do 7 days of a course when its only 2 and they try to bully you in to not complaining
dont ever come here if you need a job
