BOY O BOY. What a magic place to visit. They have a large number of rentals for you to choose from, check with a real estate agent. The cafe s have a good range of different meals and there's a souvenirs shop should you have the need for that unusual gift. Have only been here two times and have always enjoyed the chirping of the birds. This would definitely be the place to have a quite holiday and enjoy your time among nature's best.

I always love coming here. Beautiful forests that remind me of a time long ago. Cafe food was nice. Some of the walks are closed but the one we did was fine with the kids.

Beautiful, quiet place to escape to, and only 2h40m from Brisbane north. We're staying at 'Cloudlands'; a holiday home. We stay in a different house each time and prices are very reasonable. The wildlife is right on your doorstep and you can hand feed the parrots if you bring seed. Head out on a bushwalk or just sit back and relax with a book (holiday homes always have a huge selection) :)

I cannot fault this place, just lovely and worth the drive up there . Sit in the cool and interact with the wild life. Not sure whether the meat in the pie was actually lamb, it tasted more like beef, but nice just the same.

This is am amazingly beautiful location. Bush walks. Wildlife aplenty. Birds fill the air. Spend time in this oasis and you will not be disappointed.
