I recently visited Bunnings Rouse Hill to purchase some paint and was thrilled to find the iconic Wattyl paints back in Bunnings after such a long gap. The staff were exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable, and the store offered an excellent selection of paints and accessories. Highly recommended
The Rouse Hill bunnings is like all the rest, strangely they has a team member in every row, over staff is how it looked and also a little messy, maybe they were stocktaking or packing at the time of my visit. The toilets are under serviced lack of to I toilet paper, the exit in the parking lot is not as clear as it should be, other then that the Esperance was OK. Checkout was aging down to one staff, I've seen this before, I think they all hate serving checkout
Fake smiles and no servicennShould be an option of no stars, very poor customer service or rather no customer service at all and that too when it wasn't busy. Asked for help 4 times and waited 30 minutes, everytime I went back I was told to wait at the aisle and the lady at the entrance- Anna suggested us to wait had such a fake smile and non apologetic voice. Awful and such a waste of time, would expect much better than this from Bunnings
It’s frustrating to see the self-serve checkouts at Bunnings Rouse Hill consistently closed. Every time I visit, there are long queues at the registers, which could easily be alleviated if the self-serve area was operational.nnThis seems to be a management issue rather than a staff one. The team members are doing their best, but there clearly aren't enough registers open to manage the volume of customers. It's disappointing that such a large and well-resourced store isn't more efficient in this area.nnStore managers, please prioritise keeping the self-serve checkouts open and better manage peak times. It would improve the customer experience dramatically!
Yesterday I was there to buy some timber, a lady named KAT at exit door, checked the stuff and recipe, and told me there’s a mistake. I had payed more and had picked up cheaper item.nI came back and fixed the issue.nI wanted to say a big thanks to KAT. for doing her job in best way with care
