Lovely place for a picnic or BBQ. Lots of covered areas, seating, public BBQ's and parking. Nice water views and also plenty of shade. Was surprised to find on the day we went, that there was no running water anywhere, including both toilet blocks which were still being used without water to flush. There were no sign up to let anyone know and we had to go for a drive to find a toilet elsewhere.

Nice spot. There are some walking tracks but not very developed or particularly scenic. Nice place for a picnic though.

Great park for a picnic or barbecue. Plenty of barbecue sites, tables and chairs, kids play ground. Only negatives is that it can be really windy and there is heaps of flies!

Had organized a large family barbecue and get together today, Sunday 15th April. When we got there noticed the toilets were locked with a sign advising they were closed for updating. Tried washing hands at the tap near our table. NO WATER! So water to entire park turned off. Had to hastily ring all other parties and arrange an alternate venue. Sorry, but repairs/upgrades should be done during the week when visitors are practically nil. Rather than weekends when patronage is high. Just not good enough.

Gorgeous spot for a walk or picnic. Lots of picnic tables, shade and a little playground. Stunning views!
