We had a week booked here at this beautifully situated Caravan Park which is clean and well maintained and the location is gorgeous. That is were our good experience finished. It is over run by people who have camped here for years and believe they own the park and any outsider is a inconvenience. This behaviour is allowed to go on by what appears to me to be poor management. There were cars parked everywhere, which made it very dangerous to walk around, as there were children on scooter and bikes and skateboards. No helmets even though you signed a form on entry to the park re safety. This was obviously not policed. There were people who had their parties and BBQ celebrations in the streets so if you were out and came home you may not have been able to get to your van due to this. If you approached them re to this behaviour they said they had been doing it for 17years. There is obviously no management and there is definitely no duty of care by the Gold Coast City Council or OHS and I feel our holiday was ruined by a management that has allowed this park to be turned into a Ghetto. Each camper had on one site a car, a Caravan, boat or JetSki or even both, 2 or 3 Shade Tents not to mention the bikes, surf skis, children’s toys that you had to negotiate to walk anywhere and as they set there sites up right to the road edge you had to walk on the road to get to the toilet or the showers and I was nervous to say the least with all the bikes and cars moving around all day. A very beautiful Caravan Park ruined by in necessary behaviour that is allowed to go on by management.

The BBQ area is so nice and new. It has a fridge, microwave, grills, sinks, and 2 large tables and benches. The park as a whole is so peaceful and nice looking.

Great park. Plenty of this GS for the kids to do. Close to shops and almost everything on the coast. Friendly hosts and staff. Highly recommended.
