Went there this afternoon. We had Dr. Chen and he was really ignorant. During the consultation, I was quite worried as the problem is getting worse, and I asked what other symptoms would be expected if something serious is happening. All of a sudden he became really impatient and did not answer my question nor explain anything, but told me it's just nothing to worry about and that he used to do research, I felt like he was implying me to stop questioning him (but all I wanted was to know how did he know there is nothing to worry about?). When I was leaving he did not even say bye, but turn back to his computer without a word while I was still in the room. He really need to go back to primary school and learn some manners, and learn how to communicate with patients.

They can never see their patients on time. Let me wait for more than half an hour and tell me there are still 2 patients ahead of me, while my appointment is half an hour ago. They allow people to jump the queue just because they are the doctors friend. The doctor is irresponsible and arrogant. After asking me the symptoms she asked me, so what type of disease do you think you have..... I will never visit there again.

Tried a few doctors here hoping it was just the last one that was bad. After 3 different doctors having bad experiences with all I will not go back.

Absolutely not recommend this place, came with my wife this morning, my wife was pissed off by a female doctor! She is so inpatient and unpleasant, we didn't get the awnser that we ask for! WILL NOT COME BACK!

STAY AWAY from DR ANNIE ZHAO! I'm surprised she's a qualified Dr. No decent words can describe how unprofessional she is. This is to say the least! She should be deregisterd for the lack of duty of care for her patients.
