Box Hill Superclinic - Caring for our community

We are open 7 days of the week from 8 am to 12 midnight and will bulk-bill all patients.

Located at 810 Whitehorse Road, Box Hill (corner of Elgar Road), it has free undercover parking for our patients. Within the Box Hill Superclinic, there will be onsite pathology, allied health professionals (physiotherapist, psychologist, diabetic educator, podiatrist and dietician, exercise physiologist), visiting specialists. There will also be a team of doctors with special interests in Skin Cancer, Joints and Cosmetic Medicine.

Box Hill Superclinic will serve the Box Hill Community fully and comprehensively. It will also provide education and mentorship for medical students and graduate doctors.

I have availed service from this clinic for over 2 years and I really feel current google rating doesn't justify the quality of service you get here. Staff is helpful, the administrative systems to manage patient experience is well organised; doctors are very knowledgeable & don't rush during your appointments, you get pathology and pharmacy service within same premises, which makes it very convenient to manage your visits; There is ample car parking space and you won't be disappointed even at peak hours, GP appointments are bulk billed except for odd hours.
I had appointment with Doctor Chia, regarding my diabetes and more.. she was absolutely amazing and very attentive. She made me comfortable to converse about my ailments and recommended me ongoing support. She went far and beyond to ensure I understood pain levels and how to control them. Very pleased with care and affection shown by her. Wait was not that long, and reception was very professional. Happy with my visit. Great job guys.
The receptionist at the clinic is fantastic n helpful. Joanne made my first time visit after a few years so welcoming. She is the most pleasant and patient receptionist I have met. I shall refer my friends to this clinic.
I took my daughter to see one female Indian GP, who did not check the blood result, does not care her patient at all. told us that my daughter's everything is normal. until I saw another GP, nice male GP who informed us that live function and blood cholesterol are out of range, then referred her to see a specialist. SO, please don't go to that female Indian GP, I don't want mention her name here.
The reception are lovely, and all the doctors I have seen here, with the exception of doctor Partha Roy, have been great. They’ve all listened and not made myself or my children feel rushed. Doctor Roy prescribed me medication and then told me it’s not going to do anything, so I had to come back the following day to get different medication to help.
The customer service at boxhill Superclinic is 10/10. Doctors and receptionist are very friendly and nice. Especially, I was served and arrangement appointment by Joann, she was very patience, helpful and mindful to make appointments for me. I’m so appreciate for her hard work.
Came in without an appointment. Kim, the receptionist was very helpful and polite. After waiting for a while, we managed to booked in with one of the doctors. Kim throughly explained the payment and even offered my mum a drink. Fantastic service.
Really poor experience with this clinic. Went three times when out of hours normal doctor unavailable and every time the experience was worse. Doctors stare at their computers not making eye. So abrupt and clearly trying to get the most amount of people they can push through. Partha Roy was incredibly rude and refused to see my child when we had made an appointment because they were unwell not Covid. Told me to wait outside because of computer issue then got reception to tell us to leave and that he wouldn’t see us. Never seen a doctor treat anyone so badly
I have been trying to talk to the front desk to book an appointment to a Dr. who is not appearing to book Online. It is near impossible as the front desk never answer calls. It was efficient when the clinic started operations, but then seems deteriorated in responding to patient calls.
A team of very professional and caring doctors backed by very helpful and friendly reception staff. Particularly love how the clinic offers a lot of ancillary services such as audiology, sleep study and heart function testing.
