Dear Ms Lim, You have made very strong accusations against myself and my staff. I am very pleased that your father is doing well. I would like to bring to your attention that my practise has a very rigorous system of documenting tests/procedures that I order. In fact, one of my staff spends a lot of her time purely following up on the results on all tests that I order. Perhaps your father had tests arranged by other medical practitioners and at various hospitals. In such situation, it is the patient's responsibility to collate information to bring along to the consultation. It is hardly reasonable to expect my staff to know what tests and where they are done if I had not ordered them. I would invite you to contact my rooms directly so that we may address your concerns. Thank you.

If you are looking for professionalism and compassion I strongly advise not to see Dr. Yew Mun Cheong. After seeing my father for years, he’s health would continue to detiriate. Following a second opinion my father is now stronger than ever. In my experience I believe he is EXTREMELY ignorant and MONEY DRIVEN. His administration team failed to have to chase up correspondents and results due to his time restraints. Very poor quality Australian healthcare standards.
