Very professional service . The medical help is excellent. Time is taken to fully explain outcomes to the patient The receptionists are very helpful. The only thing I would suggest is to change to relaxing type music and quieter in the waiting area to make it easier if you wish to read to pass the time while waiting for your appointment
Today I visited Dr Shom and came away feeling that I may really find out if I have problems or not. He was approachable, easy to communicate with and also very caring. I do not double his knowledge or professionalism. The rooms and receptionist were very nice loved the art pieces but I went to see a Doctor for help and feel that is what I got. Thank you.
Dr Winston Chang is an extremely knowledgeable and empathic practitioner. He asks all the right questions and listens. A very clever doctor who you can tell keeps up with clinical research. I am relieved to be in his care

Dr Hoi, was incredible. She helped me with me initial diagnosis of Psoriatic arthritis and helped me learn and adapt to my symptoms leading to long term results! If I hadn’t moved away I’d still be under her care! Could not recommend her more!
I've found Prof Alberta Hoi to be so professional, knowledgeable and caring. She is so helpful of my situation and l couldn't recommend her more highly. I am so glad I was referred to her. She is so outstanding in her field.
I found my visit with Dr Shom was excellent. He explained all aspects, of the complaint and treatment. I found the consultation very good, as I was anxious after my old specialist retired.
I've been treated by Doctor Shom Battacharjee for about six years and can honestly say his advice and medication recommendations has changed my life. If you or someone you know are experiencing an inflammation disorder I highly recommend that you ask your doctor for a referral to Eastern Rheumatology.
Was good experience, doctor knew what he was doing with clear explanations using simple analogies I could relate too. Also didn't have to wait long and the parking meter was broken. Triple win
Professor Hoi was informative, very friendly, thorough and at no point did I feel rushed. The receptionist was all business. As a fellow receptionist, I would recommend she be more friendly.
