I really want to know those who has given 5 stars feedback are seriously? It took you at least 2 hours for waiting a GP even if you have made an appointment. The worst experience !!!

I’d have given 0 star if it’s an option. To start with, appointment was delayed for more than one and a half hour. There were a couple patients complained about extensive waiting time while I was there. The practice staff has no sense of confidentiality and privacy. In regards to Dr. Yang, the most unprofessional and rude GP you could expect. Totally lack of effective communication (in English or Chinese), which is key to facilitate accurate diagnosis. After a 20 minutes consultation, he was unable to identify causes for my symptoms. I was totally confused on what is the next step of treatment. Since this practice opens 7 days a week and support Mandarin speaking patients, it’s understandable that time-poor professionals working locally chose this place. Based on my personal experience, AVOID AT ALL COST!

Attended a number of times as clinic is right next to work, and it bulk bills. The staff generally look surprised to see an anglo there and can be a wait, but generally pretty good service from the docs if you dont want anything fancy, or feedback (which GPs hardly ever give anyway)
