Thank you so much to the doctors and staff at myhealth, although they are always fully booked they were kind enough to put me on a waitlist and I still managed to get an appointment in the end, I am extremely grateful for your help! The doctors i have seen in this clinic so far are really thorough and dedicated to looking after their patients, in particular special mention to Dr Andrew, who not only gives great advice but is also really gentle and has good bedside manners. Good doctors like this are few and far between and I couldn't appreciate all of you more. Thank you again for looking after me.
Long wait and terrible GP. Took our bub there and the GP was very rude and condescending. She spent more time judging us then helping us!! We will never take our baby there again. Also it was hard to communicate with her because her English and Mandarin are both terrible. It was hard to communicate with the receptionist too and I had to write my little one's name down after spelling it out three times! Took over 10 mins just to pay the bill. Will not recommend this place.
The experience is horrible. The reception asked me to wear mask even after Victoria State Government has declared the end of pandemic. They declared patients must wear masks to see the GPs, but not providing one for convenience. Moreover, the schedule is really not working at all. I booked at 12.15, but only got see the doc after 55 minutes wating.

Dr Frank is the best GP I have ever seen, he is professional, friendly and helpful. The receptionists are friendly and caring too! The best clinic I have ever been to, really appreciate it.
Dr. Andrew is horrible! He prescribed a lab test but didn't tell me it is self-paid until I got a bill saying I need to pay out-of-pocket $75! Very unprofessional and untransparent service! Also, he refused to do a phone consultation and send me the x-ray report when I am in a foreign country, saying it is a medicare policy, unbelivable! Until now I still haven't received the x-ray report although it definitely belongs to me! Very disappointed!
When I booked for the normal consultant yesterday, it didn't show the doctor for vaccinating only in the website. I received the call from them this morning, and they told me the doctor for vaccinating only. They also told me all other doctor are fully booked today, and I have to change my booking. It just wastes my time, and they should call me yesterday or show the doctor for vaccinating only in their website when I was booking. Worst experience I have in my life.
Excellent service reception, Dr Irene Tan is very helpful to me, she has a lovely personality and professional attitude to her patients! Strong recommend for any patients
I found the GPs work in this clinic good faith and kind hearts! Admin girls are extremely helpful! In particular, Dr Irene Tan provides thorough medical services. I have recommended many of my friends to this clinic. Dr Frank also has good reputation .
I very much appreciate Dr Irene Tan’s skills, professional experiences and care she has brought to the treatment of my health. Her compassionate attention and professional care saved my health. I feel so blessed to have her as my family doctor. She is a trustworthy and honourable Doctor and I have highly recommended to my friends.
