I have been with this medical centre for about 4 years. Good experience overall. Very busy centre. I'm glad to have Dr Conrad Chiu for years. He has been great.
Dr Jana is one of the most wonderful doctors I’ve ever met ! She’s so caring, genuinely listens to your concerns and makes you feel so comfortable! Thank you Jana for all that you are also all the receptionists are just so sweet and always very welcoming! Thank you all so much xx Annalise
Very nice doctors there and staffs too.
Driving 45mins and another 45mins back home on a working day to see Dr Cindy but she gave me absolute no useful medical advise, nor answered any of my questions/concerns. Will 10000% not recommend to book for her consultation. Dr Lily is good, and the receptionists are very friendly. The one star is for those nice people.
Dr Conrad Chiu is very thorough and really cares for his patients. He was recommended to me by a friend of mine and I am glad I switched to him as my GP. The support staff are friendly and helpful.
I don't usually write reviews but I feel compelled to express my disgust and disappointment in Dr Davis Glen approach , insensitivity, belittling behaviour toward me. My GP is Dr Burke who is a caring, tolerant exceptional doctor who I trust and respect and who has done all he can for me but I merely wanted a second opinion for my debilitating condition. Dr Davis was rude short and dismissed me my queries pain and suffering. Infact, he caused me more anxiety. Perhaps, he showed no interest because I see Dr Burke. Perhaps , he just didn't care cause he is retiring best thing he can do No compassion. No patience. I'm not an easy person to deal with. I acknowledge this. However, Doctors responsibility is to listen guide and make people like myself feel a little better. He did the opposite. If you are looking for a GP who acquire these qualities it is Professor Dr Burke. One thing Davis did say was that Michael Burke is Smart. Glad Davis is retiring. Noone should be subjected to his inconsiderate ways.
The receptionists one in particular is extremely rude and unfriendly. The service from the doctors is alright, but usually pretty bland except for Dr. Jana who has been the best so far.
This so called "Doctor" was judgemental and full of attitude when I consulted him for a condition. Not a pleasant experience and I'll be lodging a complaint with the appropriate authorities regarding his insolence and passing of judgement on a patient.
not bulk billed. very poor follow up from the doctors. everything is done at a snails pace. I had been booked in for a phone appointment, never got the call. I had touched base with the receptionists to enquire on the status of receiving my phone appointment, and was always advised that I would receive the call for tomorrow. After about 4 weeks, I decided to move on to another doctor. If this was a bulk billed GP, I'd almost understand it, but when you pay for the privilege of going to this GP you could reasonably expect better follow up.
It's your average GP, standard waiting times regardless of booking, standard curt receptionists. But be mindful, only SOME of the doctors at the clinic bulk bill and ofcourse the reception staff WON'T advise you if you are booked in with a doctor that does or doesn't. Tried calling the Office Manager after my appointment to provide some feedback on this and ensure reception staff advise customers of this, as a "$80 surprise" is not what anyone needs. Spoke with TONY who I must say is such a despicable person, no idea how he became an office manager. I asked him what his name was and his response "well who are you!?", this after reception had taken my details to give to him. Then went on to say I was a patient and wanted to provide feedback and his response "well get on with it then!". Absolutely deplorable. If you want helpful staff who actually care about your well-being and not lining their pockets, then definitely DO NOT GO HERE.
