One of the better clinics I've been to. I've been seeing Dr Juliana Foo for over a year now, and she's always been so thorough and helpful. Although sometimes the reception staff aren't as quick as they could be - having a chat together while a patient is standing right there at the desk waiting to be spoken to. They won't acknowledge the person for several minutes while they just have a chat about things that aren't even work related. That happens really often. I haven't seen receptionists so comfortable with ignoring and delaying dealing with customers before.
I've been to this medical center twice now for my kids, both times had to wait more than an hour to see the doctor. Receptionist are extremely rude and when questioned about the delay they being rude and was saying it's normal.
DON'T GO THERE! the clinic charged high fees before patient see the doctor, and didn't want to disclose how much they charge when we made an appointment over the phone.
The waiting time is not acceptable, I came here 15min prior to my booked time and waited for an hour, we should be respect to each other’s time and schedule right??? The service here is generally nice and very helpful staff
Dr Juliana foo was very informative and made me feel comfortable. She noticed small details about my problem that ended up being really helpful. Great to have a female doctor so close by

I’ve been a patient with this Clinic for nearly 20 years - I feel the service has been 1st class As with most clinics you may have to wait sometimes, for me I just communicate with the receptionists at front desk to keep up in case of delays - it works well for me
i have been lucky enough to find this medical centre close to me & with one of the best GP's i have ever seen. Dr Bandarupalli is such a nice guy, down to earth, knowledgeable & kind. But don't tell anyone, i want to keep him to myself lol. Actually all the regular clients know how good he is so he does get booked out alot, but the online system does make it a bit easier. My other favorite is Dr Thorpe, tbh the other dr's here i've seen are mediocre. One failed to give me enough medication info, i got better info from Google. The other sent me a referral for a podiatrist when i needed one for a physiotherapist. Yes we all make mistakes but these people are getting paid ALOT of $$$, like at least $100k pa, so lift your game!
I've been attending this clinic for twelve, maybe thirteen years, ever since it opened. Over its many years of operation, and one change in management, I've seen every doctor that has worked for them. There have been two who had questionable people skills, but they left years ago, and the current team is warm, caring, patient and willing to go the extra mile to provide you with what you need. Several are good with children, there are multiple languages spoken, there is bulk billing available for children and pensioners under Medicare. Also at the clinic is a nurse, a part time pathologist, a mental health counsellor, and a gentleman I've never spoken to who appears to be some variety of physical therapist?! The reception staff are also beautiful people who do a great job of keeping everything moving and helping in the event of an emergency appointment or missed paperwork etc. Bookings are also available online, if the clinic isn't open or you're not a people person. The only negative thing I can offer is that occasionally you will still have to wait when you arrive for your appointment. Because the doctors are willing to go the extra mile for patients, sometimes someone will need extra time. If ever that person is you, they'll give it to you just as naturally, so I personally don't find it to be a big issue. Overall, wonderful clinic.
Last week my child had a vaccination there, excellent service, nice nursery and kind doctor, never see a clinic provide such warm medical service before.
