The company did an excellent job of maintaining our building. The team, as always, was truly dedicated and dependable. We have been working with the company for 3 years. Our supplies and other essential things are always organized and well-cleaned. All the issues are addressed expeditiously and corrected. You guys are easy to work with. Great Job!
What an experience. If we didn't have to give 1 start we wouldnt. Malcolm came out to quote an office refurbishment at the start of April, over 8 weeks later - over 2 dozen calls to mobiles and land line, numerous emails and voice messages, we finally heard from him. When questioned if he still wanted to quote, we were not we are not a priority and due to having regular customers he would not be quoting and it must have slipped his mind to reply too 1 of the numerous emails to let us know. what is the point of having a business if you do not want to not only keep current customer but expand your businesses. Honestly don't your time.
