Positive experience from start to finish. Good service in show room - all follow up info emailed to us promptly. Delivery was on time - no issues at all. We really like the small lounge we bought - it’s stylish and the price point is a good compromise. A bit more than freedom etc, but still much better value than the high end places. Would definitely go back.

The quality of my dining suite is lovely and the salesperson gave some great advice that helped me make my selection. I have been back since for another purchase, not as expensive as the first, and feel the level of service is determined by how much money I spend. I went to make another purchase using a gift card they'd given and was barely spoken to. Service needs to be more consistent.

Really great service both in-store and when we left. The showroom is nicely laid out and the staff are really keen to make sure you get the right piece and it fits your needs. The table we got is amazing for a small apartment- circular top which folds down to a semi circle if we want to tuck it flush against a wall.

We were looking for a sofa bed for my 7 years old to sleep in our bedroom as his bedroom is on a different level and he comes to us every now and then. We looked around quite a bit and when we went to BoConcept we were shown the bed and how it can fold up into a stool and unfold to a bed, what a great design and concept! Plus all assistants in the shop were very patient and helpful as I am a meticulous consumer but we are really pleased with the bed, my son loves it, and would highly recommend the shop.

In moving to a new home, we dealt with quite a few different furniture suppliers. Without doubt, BoConcept were at the top of the pile. Their service, flexibility, advice and professionalism stood out from the crowd. And we couldn't be happier with the stylish items that the provided and installed. They completely exceeded our expectations!!
