Very dishonest staff, had the worst experience there. Had a minor problem with my bike, left it in the store and the stuff said lots work has been done even didn't get the problem sorted, but still asked for money. They said I have to change some parts, will cost few hundred bucks. Took my bike to 99 bikes, stuff there said nothing has been done to the bike, and spent another $43, and got the problem solved. Have no idea why some people give such good reviews. Did they get paid or they are friends with the owner? Absolutely disappointed, the first time, also will be the last time to go there. One funny moment in the store that day: I asked the guy there that why I have to change so many parts, the guy there said to me:"I am not ripping you off." I think he was pretty diffident with what he's done to me.

Best overall mechanic I've ever been to. 5/5 skill, 5/5 service, 5/5 cost, 5/5 knowledge. There is no better bicycle mechanic you can go to. I've been to many different shops having moved around a lot, and always checked reviews before taking my stuff there, and by far Jimmy's workmanship, service and prices have been the best. Incredible range of skills and will cost you the same (if not less due to long lasting and properly performed work) as going to a generic large store. I would take my bike here even if it was an hour drive from my place. It's well worth it in the long run.

Mechanic is honestly just pretty rude and short with you. The sort of attitude you might expect to get if you go into a high end bike shop not knowing much about bikes, which was not the case in my visits.

I have been closely associated with Bikeology now for five years. Being one of the top Ironman Triathletes in my age group means two things. My bikes get worked extremely hard and two I don't want then off the road ever. Jimmy has taken meticulous care of my bikes over this time. His work is simply outstanding. No task is ever to hard and always done on time. I consider Jimmy to be part of my success. I never ever have to worry about my bike race day, I just know it will work!!
