Great service and no hassles. I would highly recommend Taylor - my mountain bike had a laundry list of issues for service and they didn't blink. Had it done when they said they would and its riding like a dream.

I've been a customer of Jay's for around 5 years. His technical knowledge is amazing & I always feel like i've been looked after. I've bought 2 bikes at great prices and my bikes always come back from servicing in perfect order. i can't recommend Taylor Cycles enough!

If you need your bike fixed right the first time then this is the place for you. Jay knows his stuff and always goes above and beyond.

The guys did an amazing job of servicing my Focus Cayo. I had a crunching sound in my bottom bracket but on inspection we found the FSA BB30 self extraction cap missing from the FSA crank. Jay spent many hours trying to track one down only to find none in Australia. He managed to solve the problem by thinking outside the box and I had my bike back the next day. They are very reasonably priced, do great work and aren’t afraid to tackle a challenge. I would highly recommend them for any work you need done to your pride and joy.
